RESOLUTION : UPDATED 12:30 AM JULY 14th All VPSs on VPSn3 have been restored and are up and running.  We are going to attempt to rescue the data fro both arrays to garner as much of the most recent data possible.  These are very Large raid arrays and will take appx 3 days to dump the raid data.  IF the data is readable we will provide access to all files required to bring your server back to the most current state possible with data available, if any. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have mounted the rotational backup server and restored the VPS backups that are stored off site at the end of each month. These are of course 13 days old now.  If you were on this hardware node please upload any changes you have stored locally to get your site versions back to latest version available. We are terribly sorry about this problem. Understand AHPhosting has taken all the required steps to avoid catostrophic data loss.  We have followed all procedures to maintain data security. It hurts that our rotational backup server is one of the servers that got hit.  But at least we keep an off site copy aff all data and settings. We have already replaced the switch.  The other server effected was a in house utility box that had no effect on any other client or hosting related operations. We have left the rotational backup server in the rack to perform normal backups while the other server is out of commision.  This DOES mean we do not have a current off site backup of your data.  Please make regular backups of your data.
